Service description:
Within reason, customary and necessary guarantees to the affiliate program:
a. The costs of repatriation of bodies, in case of death of one of our affliates within the territory of the United States, Canada, Mexico or Central America (up to US $ 6,000 six thousand dollars) to his native country (or place designated by our affliate ) in Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama) and Mexico
b. Expenses up to US $ 1,500 thousand five hundred dollars, funeral expenses for burial in the home country (or place designated by the affiliate) in Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama) and Mexico, consisting mainly coffin, land, wake, transfers to the place of burial and the like.
c. In addition, a financial contribution of up to US$ 10,000 (ten thousand dollars) to a person who has been designated by the member at the time of admission to the program.
The scheduled support and applies for:
Death from any cause (except for death by natural causes during the first six months of membership)
2.Duration of Service.
The service will be active for 12 months from the date of confirmation to be made to the member by a text message to the number of registered phone, after registration and respective payment.
The program is guaranteed by a Certificate of Membership will be available at our offices and you can print it from the section Claim your Membership Certificate, using its identification number. This service contract may be renewed at maturity for an additional year, upon request of the member and respective payment.
3.What to do in case of death?:

Our Customer Service staff with sensitivity and discretion, will coordinate paperwork and expenses necessary for the repatriation of the remains of our affiliate. It is understood that the service to be provided is subject to the laws of the United States and Canada.
4. Special Conditions:
-Death due to pre existing sickness is not covered during the initial 6 months of the subscription, during which death by accident will be covered.
-Ages for our affiliates: 15 thru 65 years old.
7.Renovation:
The service will be renovated automatically.
8.Requisites for repatriation :
a) Fotocopy of Identification document.
b) Death Certificate.
c) Cause of Death Certificate.
d) The repatriation and local service to be provided funeral expenses, is subject to the laws of the country of origin, the United States and Canada.
